Happy Cheetah Reading: First Grade

In this first grade language arts program, your child will work through the workbook and the integrated readers. Dr. Karen worked to deliver the simplest complete program possible. No separate parent manual or additional training required. Short, easy-to-use instructions. The Cub Growing workbook continues to build on the lessons from Happy Cheetah’s K program. In this level of the Happy Cheetah Reading System, your student will continue to grow skills. Over these thirty-five stories, your students quickly advance from several simple sentences to longer, more complex reading selections. Working through the workbook and the readers in tandem, your student will grow in confidence with reading and writing, continue to develop the ability to hear individual sounds in words (phonemic awareness), learn a surprising amount of new vocabulary, and become more fluent.
