Khmer Chai - with Kampot Pepper

Inspired by the flavors of Cambodia, lime and vanilla-infused black tea melds with coconut, spearmint, tulsi, anise seed, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, — and the prized Kampot pepper. Grown in the mineral-rich soils of southern Cambodia, Kampot pepper adds a subtle, aromatic heat and a distinctive floral complexity that elevates the blend.  It is enigmatic in flavor and effect, being both cooling and refreshing as well as warming and invigorating. It’s a complex balancing act made to be as carefully constructed as the architectural design of Angkor Wat itself.
