We scored a barrel from our friends at Koval Distillery and patiently waited for the right time to release our Single Barrel Bourbon Barrel Aged-Coffee. Behind the strong and smooth flavors of Koval bourbon, you will find coffee notes of green apple. A staple of Happy Monday Coffee Roasters! We filled it with a washed process Colombian Peaberry bean from the Huila Region giving this batch a delicious bourbon-like finish. This offering is super limited.
