MADE LIKE IT SHOULD BE Roca Patrón Añejo is made from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave at Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is baked in small brick ovens for 79 hours, pressed by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona wheel, and is then aged in used American bourbon barrels for 14 months. A FINE BALANCE COLOR Medium gold AROMA Vanilla, fruits & spices TASTE Notes of citrus, light ginger & black pepper FINISH Velvety smooth   ROCA PATRÓN AÑEJO Praline Old Fashioned This Old Fashioned lives up to its name by putting a praline syrup twist on a classic and much-loved cocktail. 2 oz Roca Patrón Añejo .5 oz Praline syrup 1 dash Aromatic bitters 1 dash Mole bitters 2 Orange peels, one for garnish METHOD Express the zest of one orange peel and drop in mixing glass. Add Roca Patrón Añejo, syrup, and bitters. Fill with ice and stir to chill. Strain onto fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with an expressed orange z
