Made-to-order succulent heart monogram wall hanging floating vertical garden in 12" tall or 18" tall size. Succulents are attached edge-to-edge to moss-covered floral foam with a wood backing. The moss will provide your living succulents with the nutrients they need to grow healthily. Each planter sits approximately 3" off the wall and has a minimum of one picture hanging bracket on the back so the planters can be hung with nails.
