Paper Circle Garland Backdrop

Charming, cute and fun for any party or celebration! These paper hanging garlands make the perfect decoration featuring 2" circles and a strand of solid or ombre colored circles. The garlands are made of premium card stock, each circle is machine stitched onto the cardboard and on top of the garland is a plastic circle loop.
