Agave parryi v. truncata 'Lime Streak' This agave has a broad, blunt variegated leaves in a tight rosette that resemble an artichoke, hence the common name Artichoke Agave. The terminal spines are one inch long, typically black and wavy. The rare 'Lime Streak' was originally a sport off a regular A. p. v. truncata. Variegated plants tend to be slower growing than their blue counterparts, therefore, they typically have a smaller size at maturity. These attractive plants are easy to grow and prefer average, but well-drained soil.
