Active Ingredients Isopropyl Alcohol (Ethanol): 65%. Other Active Ingredients Glycerol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Hydroxyethylcelluiose, Purified Water, Essential Oils HDPE plastic bottle with directional pour spout Use This is a gel.  Use a few drops and rub it into hands.
