The Maple Chopping Block

Paying homage to the cutting boards of the past, this American made Chopping Block is available here in Maple. Maple wood has mostly white tones with occasional darker accents. Maple is a great option for cutting boards as it has an extremely tight grain structure, which means it is great at keeping liquids on the outside of the wood where they belong. It is also harder than Oak! All Chopping blocks are made by hand, here in Michigan, and built to last. They come standard with a rounded top edge and an angled bottom edge to aid in picking the blocks up from any side. Also standard are rubber feet, these help keep the Block from sliding as well as keep it out of any liquids that may be spilled. All our products come with our signature coin to let you know that its a Genuine Hard Crafts product. A sample container of maintenance wax and a care sheet also comes free of charge.
