The Bosch-made carbide tip is tougher and more durable under heavy loads, ensuring long life in tough applications. The centric tip ensures quick starts in concrete, while the wear mark alerts the user when the tip wears beyond ANSI specifications. The bit runs cooler thanks to the improved flute design, and the proprietary Bosch hardening process results in more holes per bit. It has a flute length of 6" and a shank diameter of 25/64" and an overall length of 8".
