The Charlie E, Two Sizes by Comstock Heritage are exactly that. We start with a Sterling silver clipped corner "Charlie" style buckle that fits all 1 ¼" belt straps as our base. Then we have added timeless floral hand engraving on the face and sides, and it is finished off with a small hand etched border. This simple dress buckle can be worn with jeans or a suit making for a very versatile piece.
