The compound brilliantly finishes all metals particularly ferrous metals & is excellent for honing. To use, just apply solid compound to a rotating wheel until it melts, apply small amounts often after wheel is headed. There is no need to soften or moisten the compounds by adding water or heating when applying to the wheel.
