A top lunar eclipse picture. My hands still hurt every time I see this amazing image. Taken in January, the actual air temperature was Minus -17 degrees. Thankfully there was no wind. This total lunar eclipse picture and exposure, is as close to perfect as it gets. It is a single exposure that yields the many stars beside the gorgeous moon. It's tricky to capture because the crown of the moon was so bright. So when you shorten your exposure, you loose the stars. A perfect balance on this image.
