Model L8 (8 Harness)

We built our floor loom using the highest quality hard rock maple and featuring an innovative tie-up system, using “snap chains” instead of cords and knots, or wires that can fall out. The tie-up is quick, simple and secure for any treadle to harness combination. Our looms are designed with a friction brake for excellent tension control and an adjustable beater to accommodate reeds of different heights and widths. The suspended harnesses make the jack-action light, quiet, smooth and rhythmical. The Model L8 weaves a full 45 inches and comes with 8 harnesses and 10 treadles. The L8 is for the weaver who is looking for wider weaving widths, complex weave structures, and a lasting studio loom.
