Beef Deposit | Half Beef

A half beef is a great way to fill your freezer.  Purchasing a half beef means the entire side of beef is yours!  There is more flexibility to customize your cut sizes and get great cuts such as beef back ribs and tri-tip upon request.   A non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required.  This deposit secures your spot for 1/2 beef butchered fall of 2025. The deposit will be applied to the final payment.  Final Payment is due on or before pickup at processors. Current Price is: $4.65/lb on the hanging weight. (Price is subject to change at any time.  Once you’ve paid your deposit, the price noted at that time is the price you’re locked into.)
