Then we swirl in our house-made spiced pumpkin oat white chocolate, made from locally grown, roasted heirloom pumpkins and sprouted oats. The result is a bar that tastes like your favorite fall dessert: sweet roasted pumpkin, fudgy chocolate, and just the right hint of spice. Each bar is crafted in small batches in our Tecumseh, MI chocolate kitchen, celebrating the flavors of the season and the farmers we partner with.  Why These Ingredients Matter We don’t pick ingredients just because they taste good, though they absolutely do.
