Phelan Farm's Scythians label is devoted to representing lost and forgotten historic Californian vineyards. This one comes from a 100 year old vineyard east of Los Angeles. Hand harvested. Whole cluster ferment. No fining or filtrations and bottled without any SO2. Aged in neutral oak barrels. 1200 bottles made.
