Domaine des Trouillères, "Annolium" Blanc, Cotes d'Auvergne AOC, France 2022

A great white from a lesser frequented wine region in the Loire Valley, the Cotes d'Auvergne AOC. Domaine des Trouillères is a younger Domaine (relatively speaking), but they have made quite a name for themselves since their opening in 2015. Try this excellent Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (!?) blend, and you'll see why. "Quince, lemon, apricot, mineral and textural."
