Union Sacré focuses on elegant, single vineyard, single Alsatian noble varietals.  This orange wine is made using 100% Gewurztraminer grapes, known for it's intense floral aromas. The skin contact increases these flavors and makes for a beautiful expression of the grape. Enjoy chilled, or not, alongside your favorite Indian or Thai foods.  100% destemmed, unfiltered, and unrefined. Native yeast fermentation; fermented on skins for 40 days.
