Located in the small village of Préhy, Vincent and Sophie have been tending their 25ha estate of vines for around twenty years, spread over 5 appellations: Chablis, Petit Chablis, Bourgogne Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté. The estate is certified HVE (High Environmental Value).
