Then the plate will go through a Thermal/Mechanical Flattening Process for stress relief and flattening. Finally, the plate will be surface ground for the ideal accuracy. These complex processes ensure the blade plate to be super flat and stable during its life time. Saw Blade Tips The Destroyer BG52 10" General Purpose Blade tips are made of the HB03F Industrial Tungsten Carbide with 97% WC and 3% Cobalt.
