Our high desert beef is loaded with nutrients! We like to use as much of our beef as possible. This box comes with an assortment of all of the best parts including nutrient dense offals and bones.  Each box includes: Premium Steaks This includes ribeyes, t-bone/porterhouses, filet/tenderloin, NY strip, chuck eyes and flat irons. You can expect 1-2 premium steaks in each 15 lb box, 1 premium steak in each 10 lb box. Assorted Cuts These are the rancher cuts! Most of our meals come from this category! Possible cuts include: Roasts(chuck, sirloin, cross rib, eye of round, mock tender), Steaks(sirloin, picanha, denver, skirt, flank, carne asada, fajita, mock tender), and Other(Kabob, stew meat, shanks, short ribs). You can expect 3 lbs assorted cuts in each 15 lb box and 2 lbs assorted cuts in each 10 lb box. Premium Ground Our ground beef is dry aged and is made from the same animal as we cut our steaks from.
