Tasting Notes: Dried Fruit, Spice, Nutty     Process: Washed + Natural Origins: Ethiopia Edido Washed, Ethiopia Kayon Mountain Natural, Brazil Fazenda IP Our Holiday Magic was one of the first blends we ever crafted and was met with more love than we could have imagined. Every year, this blend changes slightly as available coffees shift but it is always targeted at a similar flavor profile. Inspired by a holiday blend we found many wanted to drink year-round, we crafted a flavor profile to keep the magical notes dancing on your tongue year-round. This blend brews up an addictingly sweet cup full of dried fruit, hard candy sugars, and a little bit of cinnamon.
