Chakras are the seven centers of vital energies located on the mid-line of the human body through which life force or vital energy flow.    The Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine in the tailbone area, represents our foundation and is responsible for feeling grounded and secure.  Emotional issues such as survival, food and money affect our Root Chakra.   The Sacral Chakra is our connection and the ability to accept new people and experiences.  It is located two inches below the navel and two inches below the surface of the skin.  A sense of abundance, well-being, pleasure and sexuality eminate from the Sacral Chakra.   Our ability to be confident, feel in-control and have self-esteem in our lives comes from the Solar Plexus Chakra.   Heart Chakra is at the center of the chest above the heart and gives us the ability to love and our feelings of joy and inner peace.   The Throat Chakra gives us our ability to communicate and express ourselves.   Third Eye Chakra in
