We have two of these pieces and we were lucky to be able to get these.  These pieces are initiation pieces for a secret society that is created by the government.  The government scouts out highly intelligent students via state testing assessments that are administered to students starting at a young age.  Throughout school, these students are monitored. Then, at the age of 18, these new adults are approached by the government to join a secret society.  The name of this society is the Order of the Blood Stars (OBS).   In order to join the OBS the student must reach certain parameters in areas such as intelligence, reasoning, logic, and fairness.  They must have a good soul as well as show slight amounts of psychic abilities. The reason why they have to have good souls is that the powers that they have are extremely potent.  Once it is deemed that the student meets the parameters to meet join the OBS and they agree to join, they are given what is called a blood star. These blood stars
