A vintage 90s dark navy floral midi dress by Sag Harbor. This is an awesome grungey spring look. It is a tag size 12. The bottom few buttons are missing but could easily be replaced if you want it to button all the way to the bottom. Otherwise in good condition. See measurements below for best fit.
