A vintage 1980's gray button down high neck dress by "Umba for Parnes Feinstein." The tag on this says a size 8 but please see measurements below for today's best fit. This has shoulder pads and is timelessly sophisticated and cool. While the tag says "Dry Clean Only" this could also be washed on cold in a delicate cycle and hung to dry.
