A secondhand yellow and black dress by Rue 21 that looks so much like an old stewardess uniform (Halloween costume, anyone?). I've upcycled this with two black spiders embroidered on the chest. The dress is a size medium but runs small so see measurements for best fit. Shoulders--13.5" Bust-- 30" Waist-- 24" Hips-- 33" **Julia is 5'7" and wears a size S/M.
