Black Lime & Blackberry

Made with fresh organic blackberries from our friends at Benjamin Vineyards here in Saxapahaw, then steeped with almost of a pound of crushed dried Persian limes. To Make Soda: Mix one part syrup with 2-3 parts seltzer water, stir, then add ice and a squeeze of lime (or not... the black limes work wonders in this one). Suggested Spirit Pairings: Gin, Rum, Tequila, Vodka Suggested Food Pairings: Add to your morning tea, drizzle on pancakes or chicken & waffles, or over spumoni or vanilla ice cream.
