Queshe is a fantastic Sichuanese tea named for its bird's beak shape. This early spring harvested tea consists of one bud wrapped in one slightly larger leaf.This tea is very similar to Zhu Ye Qing Ya from Emeishan, also in Sichuan Province. Queshe has a nice delicate body with what we would consider a classic Sichuanese green tea flavor. It's got a wonderful floral note with more pronounced sweet green pepper vegetal quality.
