Roasted Buddha's Hand

Buddha's Hand, or Fo Shou is a cultivar of Camillia Sinensis that originally comes from Fujian, China. However, it can be found in Pinglin and Alishan. From what I have read, it is not a common cultivar found in Taiwan, but I have seen it a lot when I was there. This tea gets its name because it has citrus and bergamot flavors also found in the citrus fruit of the same name.
