Limited edition, experimental batch! A sister sauce to Exp 002, we were inspired by a bounty of fresh sweet corn from Sidhu farms, which provided the perfect base for a Thai curry-inspired sauce. Corn fermented with a bounty of yellow curry paste ingredients: local shallots, lemongrass, garlic, cilantro root, spring onion, and spices like coriander, turmeric, and fennel. We finished it with coconut milk and Basil vinegar, for a rich, spiced, and savory sauce with just a touch of sweetness. Great for finishing soups or over fish.
