Our newest hot sauce is zingy, bright and deliciously herby. An absolute celebration of summer. It works on a amazing number of foods – seared fish, mussels, cucumber salads, lamb chops to name a few. A blend of locally grown mint (Tualco Farms), cilantro, garlic (Caruso Farm), and green onions, along with grassy serrano peppers. Fermented for 30 days for a melding of flavors. Serrano Mint is a seasonal sauce, and only made once a year. It’s usually available in June.
