Here's a pair of TIGHT and CRISP Hihats that you don't see every day -  Hand Hammered DIRIL Custom Made In Turkey Hihats in the articulate 13” size!  Fascinating craftsmanship on these beauties.  The top and bottom is fully lathed with a pinpoint lathing - very fine. Hand Hammered throughout with a beautiful wavy surface done in the Old World Turkish tradition.  The tone of these 13s” is tight, crisp, and overall warm with a pinch of that hand-hammered sonic love.  Being the Rare 13s”, these Hihats are brighter and more incisive than their larger-sized brothers.   Absolutely fantastic CHICK when played with your foot, very cutting for smaller Hihats.   At 1042 and 1184 grams, they espouse the time-honored New Beat philosophy with a pinch of bulked up cut and articulation.  Perfect for low to loud settings.
