Rare DARK Semi-Dry 15” Istanbul Mehmet VEZIR Hihats 1295 1472 g IN BAG

Exceptional 15” Hihats that you hardly ever see.  I’ve only seen two or three pair of these. And they’re absolutely fantastic.  They’re Hand Hammered and handmade and less than a pair of humdrum-ass 14” New Beats.   Darker, dryer, and much more musical than any K Constantinople could dream to be. Fully lathed golden top, raw, unlathed underside, that's the Istanbul Vezir.  This combination provides the Goldilocks zone for a terrific, controlled stick attack when closed followed by a medium quick accent with a pinch of warmth and pinch of dry. However, that wash dissipates faster than the fully lathed Traditional Hihats. Therein lies the magic of these  Vezirs. Perfect accents when opened.  1295 and 1472 grams gives these Vezirs a great Dark Medium Thin feel.
