Oolong Tea Shortbread Cookie

烏龍茶酥餅 Handmade shortbread cookie with He Cha Ba oolong tea in it. It is buttery with light tea fragrance...just the right combination!  We made each box by order with organic flour, organic egg, organic sugar and organic butter (other ingredients: sea salt, corn starch, baking power). Cookies are individually wrapped and can be stored in the freezer for a longer period of time.  Hope you enjoy it!
