Fresh quail eggs straight from our farm!  These beautiful little eggs are great on salads, pickled (check out all of our flavors of pickled quail eggs!), or just scrambled!  Ounce for punce, quail eggs have more protein, higher levels of B12, Iron and Riboflavin than chicken eggs.  They are also packed full of antioxidants and minerals!We’re proud owners of our own quail hens and eggs are collected daily so they're guaranteed to be fresh for you. Generally speaking 3 quail eggs equal 1 chicken egg.  Our eggs are sold as an 18 count.
