Quail - Processed & Frozen

Quail raised and processed here on our farm.  Birds are fed high quality feed resulting in larger, better tasting meat from hatch.   Processed birds are spatchcocked and skinned, then washed, packed in vacuum-sealed bags, labeled and finally frozen.  Birds are packaged singly, unless otherwise requested.   All Meat is a Pick-up only and cannot be shipped.   Due to high demand of this product, fullfillment may take up to a week for processing and packaging.
