HIFIMAN's new dynamic closed-back, the HE-R9, takes a classic model and delivers superlative performance. It utilizes HIFIMAN's best sounding “Topology Diaphragm” dynamic drivers, which support traditional wired connectivity, such as our outstanding HeadAmp Gilmore Lite mk2 or wireless connectivity, such as HIFIMAN’s Bluemini R2R Dongle. Elegance Outside, Strength Inside The exterior of the headband is covered by high-quality leather, giving it a soft and elegant appearance, with high grade memory foam to achieve the most comfortable fit and elasticity. Its structure is made of solid steel and is both lightweight and strong, yet robust and delicate. Large crimson red ear cups, which have plenty of internal space, help produce spatial cues and provide necessary breathing room for the power driver to sound its best. The drivers contain a rare earth metal magnet for high sensitivities and a special nanoparticle coating which is applied to their surface. This results in a more natur
