Yealink YHS36 Quick Disconnect to RJ9 headset is ready to use right out of the box. The YHS36 is available in two configurations: Mono - single ear wearing style Dual - double ear wearing style It features a noise canceling microphone for removing unwanted background noise so your callers don't hear the sounds around you. And to optimize the sound of your voice, the microphone boom is bendable so you can position the microphone to the ideal location; two fingers width from the corner of your mouth, and just below your lower lip. The YHS36 also passively removes room noise so you can stay focused on your work, and not get distracted. The Quick Disconnect feature allows you to unplug and walk away without the need to remove the headset. This is a convenience feature that helps to avoid repetitive placing and removing the headset throughout the day. The Yealink YHS36 is compatible with several Yealink  iP phones including: T19(P)E2/T21(P)E2/T23P/T23G/T27G/T29G/T30/T30P/T31/T31P/T31G/T33
