Groot Ivory Nut Carving

Tagua (also known as vegetable ivory or ivory nut ) comes  from a type of  nut that grows on a palm tree. When mature the nuts are dried and then cut or carved into beautiful sculptures, jewelry, and souvenirs. The nuts are non-toxic, eco-friendly, and sustainable. They are harvested without harming the trees which result in protecting the rainforest and its animals. Groot is a cartoon figure  extraterrestrial being who is called the Monarch of Planet X. His race is derived from the Flora Colossus. He was created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and Larry Lieber.  This  Groot sits on a rectangular base 1 1/4"  x 1 3/4"  x  1 1/2"
