Approx. 800 Puffs from Each Pod 4-Pack Pack of 4 sealed pods (non-refillable) - 1ml each / Each pod should produce approx. 200 inhalations. DIRECTIONS1. Remove a pod from the sealed container.2. Attach the pod to your rechargeable HealthVape battery and take a draw from end of the pod with the two holes.3. After about 200 uses, when the pod no longer produces any vapor, replace with a new one.  NOTE: Rechargeable battery not included. (These pods will also work with a JUUL battery).
