Healthy Lunches focuses on whole food, plant-based recipes that completely vegan, oil-free, and sugar-free. In addition to being a recipe book; this is also a guide for packing lunches. So while all of the recipes can be certainly consumed immediately after cooking, I recognize that about 75% of people work outside of the house and don’t have the leisure to step into the kitchen and whip up a fresh meal every day at lunch time.
