Herb Pharm Arnica Oil Whole Flower • Arnica montana Traditionally used for relieving pain, improving circulation, and reducing inflammation. To ensure optimal extraction of Arnica's compounds, the flower is harvested while in full bloom and carefully shade-dried to retain it's full color & aroma. The flower is then extracted with low heat into cold-pressed, certified organic olive oil. Ingredients Certified organic olive oil & certified organic Arnica extractives. Herb Menstruum Ratio 1:6 Suggested Use Shake Well Before Using. For External Use Only. One to three times per day, apply to skin with cotton gauze, or massage into skin until well absorbed. Wash hands thoroughly after application.  Warnings: May stain clothing. Do not use on or around mucous membranes, eyes, or on broken or abraded skin. Seek expert medical advice before use during pregnancy, nursing, or on children under 5 years of age. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Prolonged use may cause skin irritation. Ke
