Pinguicula sp. Guatemala is a perennial heterophyllous butterworts that can turn pinkish/reddish under strong lights. This beautiful Pinguicula likes loose soil and cooler temperatures for optimal health. Please try to provide these settings for best results, and remember to keep the soil moist but not too wet during spring/summer and let it dry out in between before watering again during winter.   Carnivorous Plant Butterworts- The plants on the pictures are representative, you will get a similar plant.
