Our Cannellini Beans are grown in Italy using traditional farming practices and without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.  For added security, we also test a sample for glyphosate, and no trace was found. Cannellini beans are high in protein and fiber.  They are often called white kidney beans and cook up with a smooth texture and nutty flavor.  They can be used as a substitute for red kidney, great northern or navy beans in any recipe.
