All high-quality supplies are included to make a 44" garland with stitched pennants boasting the Merry sentiment die cut in teal wool blend felt. All you will need are basic crafting tools such as a hot glue gun, sharp scissors, and pliers. The basic hand stitching on the pennants is optional and there is some hand cutting of felt involved.
