These fabric marking pens use water soluble ink which can be removed with a damp cloth. The ink color is blue. The pens are great for drawing applique lines, or to mark quilting and needlework patterns and designs. They are also good for marking placement of buttons and embellishments. These are not recommended for dry clean only fabric.
