A bold blend of earthy Aleppo chile flakes, bright and tangy citrus, and fiery Chiltepin powder to add a solid but not overwhelming kick. Try it with corn on the cob, tacos, fresh fruit like pineapple or mango, on grilled shrimp, or mixed in to guacamole. Beta tester feedback: "Went great on a steak and cheese quesadilla. Good work! Not too hot but has a great flavor profile."
