This original painting is 12x12 inches. It's one of several one-hour paintings I did as studies. Working quickly with vibrant colors and loose brush strokes, using open impressionism to complete. Inspired by artist Erin Hanson. I love how the magenta wash shows through. Captures that brief moment of the first or last light of the day. Amplified all the colors. Captured near my home in Florida.
